Open Gym

A time to work on your individual strength or weaknesses, an individualised program or to complete the workout of the day (WOD) outside of class times.

If you are new to CrossFit, you'll attend 3 x 1-hour private CrossFit Fundamentals sessions. Seasoned CrossFitters can jump straight into group classes!

CrossFit at its very core is the ‘sport of fitness’. A marathon runner may be able to run for hours on end but to be able to lift, swim, and move quickly perhaps not so much.
