We’ve been a proud CrossFit® affiliate for over a decade, and we’re here because we believe in what CrossFit can do — for anyone. For us, it’s not just a workout. It’s a method that builds strength, resilience, and confidence, inside and out.
Our programming, provided by Starr Strength and Performance, is constantly varied, challenging, and rooted in functional movement. It’s designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live a more capable life — whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete.
Every workout is scalable to meet you where you are, and we’ll guide you every step of the way. We keep things simple and focused. No frills. No gimmicks. No distractions. Just effective training, expert coaching, and an environment that values effort, consistency, and progress over perfection.
Our coaches are CrossFit® Certified, highly experienced, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. Many of them have competed at high levels, but their greatest strength is creating a space where every member feels seen, supported, and challenged to grow.

No matter how you train, you’ll be supported by expert coaches and surrounded by a strong, inclusive community.
Open Gym
Work at your own pace.
Up to 20 hours per week of access outside of class times. Follow your own program, focus on your weaknesses, develop new skills, or tackle the WOD on your schedule
Individual Coaching
One-on-one attention. Accelerated results.
Work privately with a GEO coach to target your goals. Whether it’s mastering a skill, building strength, or getting competition-ready, you’ll get personalised programming and focused support.
Group Sessions
Train together. Get better together.
Choose from 35+ weekly classes including specialised Strength & Power, Gymnastics, Conditioning, and beginner-friendly options. Every class is coach-led, high energy, and scalable to any level.
If you are new to CrossFit, you can come along to one of our Sunday ‘Into CrossFit’ sessions. A small group focused on introducing you to class structure and some of the simpler foundation movements you will encounter in CrossFit.
You can also jump into a regular class at a time to suit you. All our Coaches are accustomed to working with newcomers and will ensure you are working with movements and weights appropriate to your skill, strength and fitness.
Alternatively, you might prefer a more customised and private entry to and wish to schedule the 3 x 1-hour private
CrossFit Fundamentals sessions.
Seasoned CrossFitters can jump straight into group classes or Open Gyms!
