GO HEAVY, THEN YOU CHOOSE

After doing some heavy lifting today you get to choose between doing some aerobic work (800m Runs) or some midline (core) strength work.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

A. Every 90 secs for 8 rounds:

2 Split Jerks

*building weight to a heavy double

B. Every 90 secs for 8 rounds:

1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean

C. 3 sets of:

3 Clean Pulls from floor, w/ 10kgs more than you finished with

OPTIONAL AEROBIC WORK

2 x 800m run

-or-

OPTIONAL MIDLINE WORK

2 rounds of:

40m Front Rack Carry with D ball

30 sec Side Plank on each side
