The “Summer Fit Challenge” is a 6 week program that will teach you how to eat delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare meals.  It will teach you how to plan and organise your week; how to shop; and how to prepare and cook your meals.

But it’s not just about nutrition.  The Challenge will also teach you how to reduce stress in your life through meditation and breathing techniques; it will encourage you to “play” and move your body in ways that promote fitness and flexibility; it will teach you how to set goals and how to achieve them.

This program has actually been years in the making and we have finally brought it all together and are ready to share it with you.

If you want to increase muscle and strength, lose weight, trim down, tone up, improve the way you sleep, reduce stress in your life, become more organised, increase your mental alertness, and just feel better, then you can do this and more by following the program.

By the way, we called it the “Summer Fit Challenge” because it seemed apt for this time of the year, but to be honest, the program can be used at anytime and in fact we want you to continue doing what you do over the 6 weeks as a normal part of your life beyond the challenge.

Our goal is to get you to create new, healthy habits, and lose the bad ones.
