Today’s classes will run at 8.00am and 3.00pm.  

Tomorrow we’ll be running our free community class at 3pm, and a Yoga Nidra class at 7.00pm

WARM-UP

2 rounds of:

30 sec Deep Squat

10 Single-Leg RDL’s on each leg

30 sec Side Plank on each side

10 Hip Swings

20 Frogs

CONDITIONING

10 min AMRAP:

10 Hang Snatches (Dumbbell, Kettlebell or Barbell)

30 Double Unders/60 Singles/30 Double Taps

-then-

For time:

30-26-22-16-12-8

Bicep Curls

Floor Press

-then- 

50 Burpees for time

ACCESSORY

2km steady pace aerobic effort – Run, Row or Bike

*maintain a conversational pace
