WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WARM-UP

2 rounds of:

20sec Deep Squat

10 Bird Dogs

10 Thread the needle each side

-then-

2 rounds of:

10 Butterfly Hip Raises

5 Push-up + Shoulder Taps

10 Frogs

 

CONDITIONING

Putting it together 4 rounds for time of:

45 Double Under/60 Singles/45 Double taps

30 Russian Twists

15 Sumo Deadlift High pulls w/ DB/KB

8 Burpees

 

Upperbody Capacity – 10 min EMOM of:

1) 10 Self-supported Rows on each arm or 10 Inverted Rows or Bent Over Rows

2) 10 Diamond Push-ups/15 Couch Dips

 

ACCESSORY WORK

Running

3 x 400m at a 6/10 pace

1 x 800m at a 7/10 pace
