GEO COMMUNITY SESH #2

Welcome to CrossFit GEO’s second Community session.  Each Sunday at 3pm we will be sharing a 1 hour training session with anyone who wants to join in. No experience is necessary.  All workouts can be scaled and modified to suit you.

Today’s session can be accessed via Zoom by using Meeting ID 199-109-071 and password – community.

 

WARM-UP

Jogging, Squats, Bear Crawls, Half Hindus, Frogs

 

WORKOUT #1

7min AMRAP:

20 Jumping Double Taps

10 Push-ups/10 Cobras

10 Squats/10 Squat Jumps

10 Crunches/10 V-ups

 

WORKOUT #2

5 rounds for time of:

10 Push-ups/10 Polar Bear Push-ups/10 Handstand Push-ups

20 Lunges (weight is optional)

25 Lying Toe Touches
