IT’S GOOD FRIDAY BUT WE ARE STILL CHASING FITNESS!!

It may be Good Friday, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still chase fitness.  We are offering a heap of opportunities to train today – streamed live to you via ZOOM. 

Today’s classes are:

6.00am, 7.00am, 9.30am, 4.00pm and 5.30pm.

Tomorrow we have 8.00am and 3.00pm.

And on Sunday we’ll be doing our mega-3pm community session.  Invite your friends and family!

Monday (Public Holiday) will be 7.00am, 9.30am, 4.00pm and 5.30pm

WARM-UP

2 rounds of:

20 sec Deep Squat

10 Lizard Rotations

10 Scorpions

2 rounds of:

10 Butterfly Hip Raises

5 x Push-up + Shoulder tap

CONDITIONING

BUY IN

1 minute Plank

-then-

4 rounds of:

1 minute Max Goblet Squats

1 minute Max Sumo Deadlift High Pull/Upright row

1 minute Max Squat Jumps

1 minute Max Push Press with Object

1 minute Max Deadlifts with Object

1 minute Rest
