WARM-UP 1

2 rounds of:

20 sec Deep Squat

20 sec Lizard Stretch on each side

 

WARM-UP 2

2 rounds of:

30 sec Side Plank on each side

10 Split Stance Pulses on each leg

 

STRENGTH

3 rounds of:

40 sec Weighted Wallsit

20 Goblet Squats

10 Reverse Lunges

 

4 sets of (back to back – no rest)

10 Bicep Curls each arm

20 sec Gun Hold (each arm)

 

5 rounds of:

15 Grappler Rows each arm (back to back – no rest)
