QUARANTINE WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WARM-UP

Guided by Coach

 

STRENGTH

3 sets of:

15 Deadlifts 

20 Russian Twists

*For the Deadlifts, use a bar and weights if you have them, or dumbbells, kettlebells, or a bag loaded with weighted objects, buckets of water……

 

CONDITIONING

10 rounds of:

5 Pull-ups (or Ring Rows, Inverted Rows, Bentover barbell rows)

10 Push-ups (or Push press using a barbell or weighted implement)

15 Squats (or scale up to Squat Jumps if you dare)

* 20 min time cap
