WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Today we are streaming live online workouts at 8am and 3pm which can be accessed by all GEO members. The family are welcome to join you. Tomorrow we will be streaming a live workout at 3pm.
What you will need today:
A dumbbell if you have one. If not, a kettlebell, wallball, barbell, or a bag filled with some weighted objects will suffice.
WARM-UP PART 1
2 rounds of:
30 sec Deep Squat
30 sec Superman Hold
30 sec Hollow Hold
WARM-UP PART 2
2 rounds of:
30 sec Side Plank on each side
30 sec Closed eye Single-Leg Balance (each leg)
STRENGTH PART 1
You can use a Dumbbell, Ketllebell, Barbell, Wallball or any other weighted object you have around the house (can of paint, a chair, a brick)
4 x 10 Curls
4 x 10 Skull Crusher
STRENGTH PART 2
3 sets of:
30 sec Gun Hold with weights
30 sec Overhead Hold
30 sec Max Shrugs
CONDITIONING
3 sets for quality of:
1 min max V-ups
1 min max Kicksits
1 min Bottom of Push-up hold
1 min Rest
