*CrossFit GEO, the physical gym space, is officially closed due to the current Covid-19 crisis.  All training and coaching of our members is continuing via live streaming.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A. 2 rounds of:

10 Cat/Cow Pose

10 Thoracic Ext.+ Rotation

30sec Deep Squat

B. 2 rounds of:

30 sec Side Plank each side

10 Single-Leg RDLs (no weight) each leg

C. Every 2 mins for 12 mins

10 Floor Press/Bench Press with a weighted object

20 sec Handstand Hold (back facing wall)

5 Burpees

D. Single-arm work

4 sets of:

20 sec single-arm plank each side

10 Diamond Push-ups

E. 7 Minute AMRAP of:

10 Pistols (Box pistols/Close stance Squats)

6 Push-ups

3 Burpees
