As many of you know, the COVID 19 crisis has forced upon us necessary changes for the greater safety and welfare of our community.  As such, we are sad to announce that today will be our last day of regular operations until the crisis subsides.  All normal classes will run today.  The gym will be shut from tomorrow.

A letter was sent to all GEO members last night.  Please let me know if you did not receive it.  The letter details how we will be moving forward in this extraordinary situation and ensuring your health fitness remains our priority.

Our goal is to ensure you thrive in this period of chaos and uncertainty.

On behalf of the GEO Team, thank you all for your support.

Please note that today we will be running a class on ZOOM at 6am and again at 6pm for those who have chosen not to come into the gym. Please check your email and the GEO social page on how to access it.



A. 2 rounds of:

30 sec Deep Squat

30 sec Superman Hold

30 sec Hollow Hold

B. 3 rounds of:

30 sec Side Plank

30 sec Closed Eye Single Leg Balance

C. 21 min EMOM

1) 5 Burpees + 10 V-ups

2) 10 Squat Jumps + 10 Squats

3) 20m Bear Crawl or 20 Mountain Climbers

D. 200 Reverse Lunges for time

* Every min in the min, perform 2 Candle Sticks or 5 Sit-ups
