A. 6 sets of:

5 Strict HSPU/8 Kipping HSPU/ 30 sec Headstand Hold

45 rest between sets

B. 3 sets of:

10 DB Bench Press 12.5kg-30kg

C. 4 sets of:

20 sec L-sit

40 sec Rest

D. 4 rounds for time of:

400m Run

15 Burpees

10 Alternating DB Snatches 22.5kg/15kg

15 Sit-ups
