That means not coming into the gym if you are feeling unwell.
That means taking time off if you have been travelling overseas.
That means washing your hands.
That means bringing a towel with you to place down on equipment or onto the floor.
That means using the hand sanitizer.
That means wiping down all equipment that you use.
That means coughing/sneezing into your elbow or walking outside.
If we all show some awareness, caring, common sense and compassion, then we can do our best to beat this thing (Corona) and not let it affect the community, the gym and our training.
