PULLING STRENGTH, FRONT SQUATS and a SPICY METCON


Ever thought about climbing Everest? It requires so much more than just physical strength and endurance. There is a massive amount of mental energy required to get to the top. Don’t underrate the importance of Mental Resilience. We practice mental resilience daily in our training. You might not ever climb a mountain, but trust me, it will come in handy in Life.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A. 4 sets of:

4 Weighted Strict Pull-upsĀ  (building weight)

or

6-8 Strict Pull-ups

or

4 Eccentric Pull-ups

or

16 Ring Rows

B. Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes

4 Front Squats @ 70%

C. DB Metcon

22-16-10

Dumbbell Snatch (alternating)

Wallballs

Rowing
