WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A. 4 sets of:
4 Weighted Strict Pull-upsĀ (building weight)

6-8 Strict Pull-ups
or
4 Eccentric Pull-ups
or
16 Ring Rows
B. Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes
4 Front Squats @ 70%
