A. 6 sets of:

10m Handstand Walk

or

30sec Face to Wall Handstand Hold

*45 secs rest between sets

B. 3 sets of:

10 DB Bench Press 12.5kg-30kg

C. 4 sets of:

20 sec L-sit

40 sec rest

D. 15 minute AMRAP of:

200m Run

10 Burpees

5 Chest to Bars

3 Bar Muscle Ups

Scaling: 3 BMU= 3 Pull-ups/Ring Rows AND 3 Ring Dips/Push-ups
