3) 25 AirsquatsSnatch

B. EMOM – 8 minutes

1 Snatch Pull with eccentric (3 seconds) + Low Hang snatch @ 60%

C. 4 rounds of:

7 Pull-ups

7 Pendlay Rows 70/40kg

14 Push-ups

1:30 between rounds
