3) 25 Air Squats

B. DB Upper Body

4 rounds

12 x Pendlay Rows 80/50kg

20 x Push-ups

1 min rest between rounds

C. Snatch EMOM – 8 minutes

2 Snatch Pulls + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 OHS @ 50% of best snatch
