WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A. Power Clean 1RM

B. EMOM for 10 minutes

1) 2 Power Cleans and 80% of what you got to today

2) 5 Front Squats and 5 Burpees over the bar with the same weight

C. 3 sets of:

10 Single Leg Deadlift

10 Elevated reverse lunge (5 on each leg)
