2)6 Chest to bar Chin-ups/10 Chin-ups

3)200m Run

B. 10 rounds for time, using left and then right arms

5 DB Snatches 22.5kg/15kg

5 Clean and Jerks

5 Jerks

After you finish a round on each arm:

10 Pendlay Rows 60/40kg (5 sets)
