The “Big Red” Team Workout – today at 9.30 only

We are only running a 9.30am session today but it is going to be a whopper!  Come in for a big team workout!


“Big Red”

In teams of 3-4:
1000m Row
100 Kettlebell Swings
100 Wallballs
100 cal Bike/Ski Erg
100 Burpees
100 Pull-ups/Ring Rows
1000m Run together (around complex twice + up to wall and back) with one wallball
100 Froggies
100 Explodes
*45min time cap. All movements shared and performed separately except for the run.
