WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A. 10 Minute EMOM

1) 8 Front Squats @40%

2) 8 Back Squats @40%

B. 12 minute AMRAP of:

10 OH DB Lunges (Right) 15/10kg

15 Wallballs

10 OH DB Lunges (Left) 15/10kg

100m Run
