Saturday 28 December – 7.00am Open Gym, 8.00am

Sunday 29 December – Closed

Monday 30 December – 9.30am, 3pm Open Gym, 5.15pm

Tuesday 31 December – 9.30am, 3pm Open Gym, 5.15pm

Wednesday 1 January – Closed

Thursday 2 January – 9.30am, 3pm Open Gym, 5.15pm

Friday 3 January – normal hours

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A. 10 sets of:

10 Back Squats @ 50% every 2 minutes for 20 minutes

B. 3 sets of:

8 Romanian Deadlifts
