5-8 Strict HSPU/12 Deficit Push-ups

B. 3 rounds for quality of:

8 Kipping C2B Pull-ups/10 Kipping Pull-ups/12 Kipping Swings

10 Kipping HSPU/10 Burpees

CONDITIONING

12 min AMRAP in pairs, alternating full rounds:

15 Wallballs

100m Run

15 KBS 24/16kg
