2) 8 strict Pull-ups/12 Ring Rows

3) 5 Strict HSPU/8 Deficit Push-ups/ 10 Push-ups

 

B. 12 Minute AMRAP

16 Pull-ups

8 Overhead Squats 35/20kg

4 Snatches 35/20kg
