HERO WOD “JACK”

Well done to everyone who came in last night to do 20.4.  It was another tough one but everyone dug in deep and gave it a good push!  For those who missed out, or would like to do it again, we will be running the workout during all of our regular classes on Monday.

Also, we will have an Open Gym session today from 9-11am, so feel free to come in and work on your own stuff or catch up on a missed workout.
