30sec banded pec stretch each sideThen
3 min Saddle Pose
3 min Deep squat

OPTIONAL BODYBUILDING

Perform as a superset, 3 sets of:
Max Reps Barbell Hip Raises @50% Back Squat 1RM
10 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts

4 sets of:
15 Barbell Curls – building weight
15 Tricep Kickbacks

OPTIONAL ZUU

10 Rhino Steps
10 Kick-Sits
10 Explodes
