OPTIONAL BODYBUILDING

12 Self-supported Row (each arm)

12 Lu Raises

OPTIONAL ZUU

3 rounds for time of:

20m Gorilla

20 Komodo Hands

20 Frogs

-then-

50 Kick Sits.  Every time you rest, 5 Half Hindus.
