15 synchronised Goblet Squats 24/16kg

OPTIONAL MOBILITY

3 rounds of:

1 Jefferson Curl with a 10 second hold at the bottom

1 minute V-sit

-then-

3 minute Saddle Pose

3 Minute Deep squat

OPTIONAL BODYBUILDING

Perform as a superset:

4 sets of:

8 Bench Press (Barbell)

12 Self Supported DB Row (each arm)

-then-

3 sets of:

12 Lu Raises

OPTIONAL ZUU

3 rounds for time of:

20m Gorilla

20 Kick sits

20 Frogs

-then-

50 Komodo Hands for time

*every time you break, 5 Half Hindus
