CONDITIONING

20 min EMOM

1) 8 Clean and Jerk 40/30kg

2) 10 Ring Dips/Ring Push-ups/Push-ups

3) 8 Overhead Squats 40/30kg

4) 8 Pistols/Weighted Pistol/Pistol to Bench (4 each leg)
