STRENGTH
4 sets of:
6 Ring Pull Ups/Ring Rows
4 sets of:
3 Slow Eccentric Dips
4 sets of:
6 Supinated Bentover Rows
CONDITIONING
In pairs, 2 rounds for time of:
40 Front Squats 60/35kg
40 Burpees over partner
40 Toes to Bar
* Every 2 mins during the workout both partners must perform 5 Box Jump Overs
