TODAY WILL BE ABOUT LIFTING
Bunnings has programmed a lot of workouts in recent weeks to improve your Back Squat, Deadlift and Strict Press. Many of you tested these a little while back with the “CrossFit Total” workout where you pushed for 1RM’s in all three. And not surprisingly there were a lot of PR’s recorded in Wodify.
Today we are doing a retest but we’ll be hitting 2RM’s. I think a lot of you will surprise yourselves with what you achieve. And don’t sweat it if you missed the initial benchmark testing. Today will serve as that for you because, let’s face it, we are always going to be hitting some form of Squat, Deadlift and Press.
