WORKOUT OF THE DAY

SKILL
3 rounds for quality of:
5 Muscle up traces/Bodyweight MU/ Seated MU
15 sec Ring Support Hold (top)
15 sec Bottom of Dip Hold
5 Dips
CONDITIONING
In pairs, alternating full rounds until you have done 3 each of:
10 Dumbbell Clean and Jerks 15/10kg
10 Toes to Bar
-Rest 2 minutes-
200 Double Unders for time, if you can’t do double under perform Double Taps
-Rest 2 minutes-
50 Wallballs
