20m Overhead Walking Lunges with 20/10kg plate
9AM WORKSHOP SESSION
Today’s Workshop is all about ZUU. Grab yourself a partner and make sure you encourage and support each other. Ride off each others energy. You can scale and modify this accordingly but do your best to push hard and maintain your metal resilience. You will feel so good afterwards I promise.
A. 5 rounds each, alternating complete rounds of:
10m Reverse Bear Crawl
Cobra Push-ups or normal Push-ups
Explodes (Squat Jumps)
*Partners do it together and do not move onto the next set until both are completed. After each set, get a touch!
C. For time:
40 x 10m Bear Crawl Forward/10m Reverse Bear Crawl
*Completed in relay fashion (taking turns up and back – 20 each)
