WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

A. 3 sets of:

5 Snatch High Pulls

B. 2 Power Snatch EMOM for 8 mins

*building weight to a heavy double for the day

C. 8 sets of:

1 Snatch Jerk at the same weight you finished on for Snatches

CONDITIONING

EMOM for 12 minutes

1 – 8 Burpees Box Jumps

2 – 40 Double Unders/ 40 Double Taps
