Max reps @ 60% 1RM Back Squat
10 Single Leg Double KB RDL (each leg)

OPTIONAL FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING
3 sets of:
10 Ring Rows
10 Push-ups
NO REST BETWEEN SETS! Make it burn
-then-
3 sets of:
10 Corkscrew Flies
20 Self-supported DB Rows (each arm)
-then-
3 sets of:
10 Alternating Dumbbell Bicep Curls (each arm)
15 Tricep Kick-backs

OPTIONAL MOBILITY
5 minute Deep Squat
-then-
3 rounds of:
30sec Couch Stretch (each leg)
10 Cossack Squats (bodyweight, each leg)
-then-
3 sets of:
1 lap Ostrich Walk
10 Arrested Superman

OPTIONAL CONDITIONING
200m run

3 rounds of:
Bear Crawl 1 lap, Run back
Gorilla 1 lap, Run back
Joeys 1 lap, Run back

200m Run

15 Frogs
