STRENGTH

Take 20 mins to build up to a 1RM Power Clean

CONDITIONING

2 rounds for time of:

40 Kettlebell Swings

30 Hang Squat Cleans

20 Shoulder to Overhead

10 Burpees to a plate

***15 min timecap
