KICK OFF THE WEEKEND RIGHT

 

Hers a sneak peek at what’s going down tomorrow…….

Kick off your weekend right with one or two sessions tomorrow morning.  In our 8am class we’ll be doing some muscular endurance work with Tabata style workouts, then following that up with a nice little Wallball/Snatch combo.  Give yourself a high-5 and head off into the weekend or hang around for a double sesh (or have a sleep in and come in at 9am) with a couple of Team workouts.  After this one you will leave knowing that you have well and truly earned a relaxing weekend.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

CONDITIONING

“Tabata This”

Jumping Lunges

2 min rest

Push-ups

2 min rest

Sit-ups

2 min rest

B.  For time:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Power Snatches 30/20kg

Wallballs

***every minute on the minute, perform 3 Overhead Squats

9am WORKSHOP SESSION – TEAM WODS

A. In teams of 3-4, perform:

20 x 20m Bear Crawls (10m forward, 10m backward)

8 Rope Climbs or “3 for 1” Pull yourself from laying position to standing position

400m Team Run with 1 x 15kg plate per team

50 Synchronised Squats

100 Anchored Sit-ups

***other than the Run and Squats, only one person can work at a time

B. In pairs, perform 10 min AMRAP of:

20 Burpee Box Jump Overs

6 Wall Climbs

20 Hanging Straight Leg Raises
