MASTERS LEAGUE INVITATIONALS AT GEO ON SATURDAY
Don’t forget we are hosting the Masters League Invitational comp tomorrow. The first workout will begin at 8.30am and will continue throughout the day until 2.30pm. Come down and watch, grab a burger and a coffee. It’s free entry.
For those helping out, we will be setting up for the comp tonight so there will be no evening classes on. If you can spare 30mins to an hour, come in and give us a hand. We’d appreciate it. Many hands make light work.
A briefing for volunteers will be held at 7am on Saturday. If you have GEO shirt, please wear it. Cheers.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A. With a 6 minute running clock, in pairs, perform 150 Double Unders or 300 Singles,
in time remaining,
Max reps of Dumbbell Box Step Overs (pair of 10/15kg DBs)
B. In pairs, perform:
13min AMRAP of:
30 Shoulder to Overhead 50/35kg
40 Hang Power Cleans 50/35kg
50 Ring Rows
60 cal Row
***The goal is to strategise with your partner so that you can go touch and go reps back and forth, and work on efficient transitions. Communicate with each other. Try to avoid dumping the bar from overhead.
