STRENGTH

A. Clean & Jerk work

2 x 3 reps @ 60%

2 x 2 reps @ 70%

2 x 2 reps @ 75%

3 x 1 rep @ 85%

B. Take 15 mins to build up to a heavy single Clean Deadlift

CONDITIONING

5 rounds of:

10 sec ON/20 sec OFF Assault Bike

3 rounds of:

20m Burpee Broad Jumps
