A.  “FREDDY MERCURY”

As a team, with one bar only, take 10 mins for each member to get a max Power Clean

B. “CERSEI”

12 min AMRAP of:

60 Deadlifts 70/45kg

60 Lateral Burpees over the Bar

60 Pull-ups

60 Wallballs

C. “LIZZY”

2 rounds of:

200m Run together with 2 plates carried 20/10kg

100 Overhead Lunges 20/10kg

100 cal Row

15 Wall Climbs
