COME IN FOR AN 8AM CLASS THEN TEAM WORKOUTS AT 9AM

We’ll be hitting some team workouts at 9am today guys so feel free to hang around after the 8am and double up, or have a little sleep in and come in at 9.  Hope to see you there.

Oh yeah, don’t forget Monday is a public holiday so we will only be a running a 9.30am session, but it will be huge!!!!

CONDITIONING

4 sets of:

400m Row

*rest 1:30 between sets

STRENGTH

A. 5 sets of:

5 Strict Press from the racks

*building weight

B. 5 sets of:

7 Deadlifts from low blocks, touch and go

C. 3 sets of:

40m Front Rack Walk

10 Kettlebell Bench Press
