5 Tall Jerks with an empty bar

B. 6 sets of:

2 Jerks from the rack every 1:30

* building weight each set

CONDITIONING 

12 min EMOM

1) 3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Jerks 50/35kg

2) 8 Burpees over the bar
