Don’t forget tomorrow we are doing some Team workouts at 9am.  Feel free to hang around after the 8am class or have a little sleep in and come in at 9.  This is for everyone. Hope to see you there!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

A. 5 sets of:

3 Muscle Snatches (with no contact)

B. 6 sets of:

3 Power Snatches @ 60% of your 1RM

*performed every 1:30secs

C. 6 sets of:

2 Back Squats @ 75% of your 1RM

CONDITIONING

3 sets of:

15/20 cals max effort on the Assault Bike

*1:30 sec rest between sets
