  2. 1 Ring Rows or 7 Rack Pull-ups or 5 Strict Pull-ups
  3. 40 sec Plank

16min EMOM

  1. 8 Burpee Box Jumps
  2. 15 Wallballs
  3. 15 Deadlifts 70/45kg
  4. 10 Hanging Knee Raises or 7 Toes to Bar
