THRUSTERS AND DOUBLE UNDERS

Today features the fourth and final workout of the Masters and Major League competition.  For all of you who are registered, please make yourselves familiar with the weights and standards for your division.  For all members who are not registered, this is just another workout for you.  Scaling and modification is available as per usual.

Good luck to all of our registered athletes.  At this point in time it looks like GEO will be sending quite a few athletes through to the Invitationals which we will be hosting on Saturday 29 June.
