CONDITIONING

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings

20 Double Unders

Rest 2 mins, then

5 min AMRAP of:

10 Dumbbell Snatches 22.5/15kg

5 Burpees over Dumbbell

B. For time:

100 Air Squats
