A QUICK 5 ROUNDER TO GET YOUR TEETH INTO

This week’s Masters League and Major League workout will be run today.  It was originally scheduled for Tuesday but due to multiple members competing in both the Masters League and Masters HQ comps it was not feasible to run them one day after another, and we wanted to maximise the rest and recovery between the two.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused.  We will revert back to running the League workout on Tuesday for the remaining two weeks.

For those who are registered for the comp and cannot make it in today, speak to one of hte Coaches to organise another time to run it.
