The Masters League and Major League are online competitions that cater to all levels and all ages.  Specifically, Masters League looks after the Ol’ Dogs (35 and over) whilst Major League looks after the young pups (16-34), but both group do the same workouts.

The competition is comprised of 4 workouts over 4 weeks.  Today we are doing the 1st one.

CrossFit GEO will be hosting the NSW Invitationals for the Masters League on 29 June when the top athletes from each division will fight it out for a place in the Finals in Melbourne. Those who do well in Major League series will go straight to the Finals, at the same event in Melbourne.
